The Fitness Doctors is dedicated to serving residential users, as well as commercial clients (gyms, health clubs, exercise studios etc.) with timely, cost effective services and advice in regards to all phases of fitness equipment. We specialize in fitness equipment repair, fitness equipment assembly, fitness equipment service, and moving or removal of fitness equipment.

Choosing our services will ensure you receive the best service possible. Our technicians have a combined 10 plus years in the industry. With friendly, low cost solutions to your fitness problems, our technicians will fix the issue every time. Our clients receive the utmost attention, whether when it comes to receiving advice, acquiring our services, or having work done in their facility/ residence. The Fitness Doctors strive to provide professional service, understanding that our clients are priority. We are very responsive to our clientele, with a quick turnaround time when it comes to repairs/service. We have a flexible schedule, with technicians working Monday through Sunday 9AM to 8PM.

Our technicians service all major brands of fitness equipment including, but not limited to Landice, Vision, Horizon, Schwinn, LeMond Fitness, Proform, Precor, Trotter, and Nordic Track.

We service all parts of Long Island including Nassau and Suffolk counties, Queens.

We also service Brooklyn, Manhattan, Westchester, Northern New Jersey, as well as Southern Connecticut (New Haven Area). Addition service call chrages will apply to these areas.

With our experience and expertise we will provide you with the insight and knowledge about what parts need to be ordered. Once the parts are ordered and received, we will install them.

    Rates:

Service Call: $100 (residential)

Our service call includes coming to the residence or location, and diagnosing the problem with the unit. From there we will be able to order the proper parts for the unit and schedule a return appointment to install the parts. Also, service call includes the half an hour of work for the first appointment. Some jobs do not require a return visit and the service call may cover this visit.

Please be advised that service call charge can varies depend on the location. Please call us for pricing.

Hourly rate: $80 per hour (residential)

If the service call exceeds the half hour, we then continue on an hourly rate.

Moving Fitness Equipment: $150

Moving fitness equipment within the same house will be our flat rate. For those moves that require the unit to be transported to another residence there will be an additional hourly charge.
